Massimo began his career with Marposs, a company specializing in the supply of industrial automation systems. He then became a sales agent for Marpor, a company working with Fiat, who imports a wide range of automation components. Over the years, he expanded his knowledge of robotics in the automation industry. He became especially interested in the automotive and packing fields.
In 1989 Massimo joined Pulsar Srl, bringing his knowledge and expertise to his new founded company. He now has over 25 years’ experience in the Automation and Packing industries and uses that knowledge and dedication to coordinate the sales of technical activities at Pulsar America. While overseeing the company, he works hard to guarantee customer satisfaction in the North American market.

After eight years working as a specialized technical engineer at a leading Italian industrial paint manufacturer, Massimo joined Pulsar Italy in 2002 as a Technical Service Software Engineer. After two years dedicated to the service, installation and commissioning of Pulsar Equipment, he was promoted to Technical Service manager in 2004.
In 2005, Massimo entered the roll of Executive Director of General Operations of the Technical Service Department for both the UK and American markets. In August 2013, he moved to Wisconsin, USA as Vice President of Pulsar America, Inc. This was the start of the new subsidiary of Pulsar in the US.

Mechanical engineer, expert in analysis and design of 3D layouts, with a 15-year long experience in the engineering of handling applications.

Heidi Parrott our office manager brings 20+ years of experience to Pulsar America. Her previous experience as a manager, inventory analyst, and her supply chain knowledge is used to create procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety adherence. Also responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, managing financial bookkeeping, administrative procedures, inventory control, office management and task delegation.
